Frequently Asked Questions

1What area do you cover?
We serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) including Mississauga, Oakville, and Milton.
2What waste material can I load into the bins?
Clean Bin Waste Removal will dispose most non-hazardous materials such as concrete, construction, demolition or renovation debris (roofing, siding, drywall), yard trimmings, green waste, household junk, appliance furniture, scrap metal, dirt, sod, rocks, gravel, cement, and any other odds and ends.
3Are there items that you will not take?
There are some materials that we cannot take. These include but are not limited to hazardous materials such as chemicals, gasoline, oils, solvents, car batteries, asbestos, propane tanks, or any type of toxic or biological waste.
4How big will my bin be?
It depends on what your needs are. We have 5, 8, 10, 15, 20 and 25-yard bins available and can advise you on the best fit for your needs.
5How high can I load the bin?
We ask that you load your materials only to the top of the wall edge. If overloading occurs, additional charges may be assessed, as per our rental contract. If the materials are loaded to an unsafe level, the bin will be unloaded accordingly. This is to ensure safety.
6What does a bin rental cost?
This will depend on the location and size of the bin rental you require. Usually, the price is based on the amount of junk, type of materials to be removed, driving distance, and the volume and weight of material as determined by the appropriate transfer station. You can choose from two options, variable price by weight, type of materials and distance or by a flat rate fee with no hidden costs. To get a quote, contact us today and we will provide rates based on our two simple options.
7How do I pay for a bin rental?
We accept payment through credit cards like VISA, MasterCard and Cash, Debit, Cheque, or PayPal.
8How soon will the bin be delivered?
It will arrive the same day if ordered early enough to get to your location. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and hold a bin for you for a specific date within a reasonable time frame.
9Do I need to be home?
No, but we do need delivery instructions so we can deliver our bins to the right spot to make it easy for you to complete your project.
10Can I move the bin?
We recommend that bins not be moved. The reason is, any damages that are not due to the normal wear and tear of our bins will be the responsibility of the client. Also, we are not responsible for any damages caused to your property or injuries sustained if the bins were moved by you. If you need a bin to be moved, we can do so at an additional charge.
11What happens if I need the bin for a longer period of time than I originally thought?
If you need the bin for a longer time than what we’ve agreed to, please contact us and we’ll make the necessary changes.
12Can I have the bin for less than 7 days?
Yes. We can pick up at any time that will work for you including the next day if you wish.
13Can the bin be placed on the road?
No. The homeowner must get a permit from the town beforehand. Please check with your county or city to learn more about getting a Road Occupancy Permit.
14What happens if the bin gets damaged?
All our bins are insured. We do not charge if there are small dents or scratches. If the bins are damaged extensively, cannot be repaired or re-used, then charges will apply. To avoid this, we offer additional insurance coverage for a small fee. Inquire today!
